I placed an order for some shoes and a glove on 19th August 2013. When I had still not received my order by 2nd September, I contacted 118golf via e-mail. I was informed that there had been a "website error" and that my size had never been available! At no point had they contacted me to let me know this in the 2 weeks after placing my order. To rectify their mistake, all they did was offer to send me some different sized shoes and write, "We apologise for the inconvenience". Nothing was offered to keep my custom, or encourage me to shop with them again. I therefore requested a full refund and will shop elsewhere in future.
