“Worst online experience ever!”

Ordered an item and heard nothing for 3 weeks and only when I emailed them was I told it was still not dispatched and would be another week. A further 3 weeks passed and it turned out it still hadn't been dispatched and I was given no reason or real apology. I suspect this company are going bust and have no stock or customer service so would avoid at all costs!
