I ordered 3 pairs of pyjamas from this company early Feb 2012 and as of today 5th March 2012 I am still awaiting the 3rd pair or a refund, or some for of explanation as to where my goods are. The delivery of 2 pairs took 2.5 weeks to arrive. I have contacted them using their online reply page twice, emailed to sales team as per the wepage twice, and even emailed the company who took the payment @ chainestoreclothing@ntlworld.com but to absolutely no avail. I have even been to visit the site address at Unit 10 Commerce Park, Cambletown Road, Birkenhead, CH41 9HP, which is just a small lock up with no office space or anyone on site. Please be aware of this and I would strongly recommend you avoid them at all costs.
