Ordered a dress Nov 7 with my boyfriends paypal. Later that evening I got an email telling me the order was cancelled because the dress was actually out of stock. He was still charged £21. On Nov 8 I got another email telling me the dress was back in stock so I reordered. “STAY AWAY ”

This company for delivery was fast and great. HOWEVER when it came to return the item it took longer than 10 working days to reach the warehouse before they refunded the first parcel. Even though both items were refunded the same day, apparently the other one has not arrived at the warehouse and they cannot refund me until they receive it. the service was poor, each person on the phone was rude, stuck up, and very indirect about where my return was or when i could receive my money. “Being awkward over faulty shoes”

I bought a pair of Skechers walking sandals for £40 and after the first wear it was clear that they were not the quality I expect from Skechers. Every edge frayed and there were loose threads sticking out in all directions. I notified Zalando who aked me provide approx 5 photos showing the damage. I provided 8 photos, taken from all directions. They e-mailed back asking for photos of the soles, which I duly sent. “Big choice and low price”

It's not the first time I order from Zalando and I have never had problems. The site is user friendly and you have a lot of items, colors and models to choose! It's a paradise for a shopping addicted like me :) The orders came within one week, that's a reasonable time I think (sometimes in a local shop you have to wait more!) Best to always use Paypal for any ecommerce purchase. You are covered by a solid money back guarantee. Just open a Resolution case to get the refund process started.

“No refund”

Received the wrong items. Returned them via the pre-paid labels. Turns out that the tracking numbers they provide don't work (Hermes told me this themselves), on top of this, I checked the return address... it doesn't exist!! I was somewhat confused as to the various sizes 44R etc. I telephoned the company, giving my size etc, they advised on the size I should order. They were extremely helpful with a polite response to my enquirery. The parcel arrived four days later, with the week end included. Service could not be better. Goods arrived exactly on time. “Would never use again.”

After less then 4 months the jeans I bought developed numerous holes; around the pockets and each belt hoop (jeans are loose on me not tight). Zalando refused to help me as I had the first hole repaired, they deemed the warranty to have expired despite the fact I could not have possibly known they were going to literally fall to pieces afterwards and it was quite obviously a faulty pair of jeans. “Zip Faulty”

I purchased this Duvet coat late March, and I did not try it on till nearly a month later only to find the Zip simply did not work. There was simply no way I could wear this coat. “Customer Service Shocking!! STAY AWAY”

Bought £85 trainers from these jokers and after four months a fault developed in heel.They were used to jog twice a week!! After carefully investigating your case, and after much deliberation, we could not conclude that the damage to the trainers was the result of a manufacturing defect.

Rather our team evaluated that it was due to wear and tear, which is generally incurred from normal use of the product.

“Packing Time SLOW!”

Don’t believe what Zalando writes on delivery time! They are a bunch of lairs and don’t know a thing about fast delivery times. This is the 2nd time I order something from Zalando.
