- Zalando dod not deliver in the alloted time - customer service was unable to give the status of the delivery - customer service did not offer to use dhl (the dleivery was made prior to leaving on holiday) - they offferd 15% discount on the next delivery - as if (which did not cover the cost of the fast delivery chosen) - the did not provide the correct consumer protection informaiton when requesting a cancellation of the order, or when the reimbursement was likely. - head office in Sweden did… Read Full Review

“Do not buy! Order lost in translation!”

After 3 hours of looking for the right shoes and placing the order with the payment confirmation from my bank. My account was twice prebooked for the order. The order vanished from the order site, the bag with the searched shoes was empty and I was left scamed. Got kicked out by the costumer helpline first in person than while waiting in line. Honestly don't waste your time with this company horrible customer service and I have had so many problems with them I have bought a lot of trainers and they always send you the wrongs ones.... “No complaint with first order”

Had to write this due to a lot of negative ones. I saw a coat in John Lewis but did not have my size. googled on internet and found it on Zalando. John Lewis was half price at £44.50, on Zalando £36.00 and also found 10% voucher code so grand total £32.40 as with others was a tad dubious but thought what the hell. I have used Zalando 5 or 6 times over the last 2 months and have found the whole experience 10 out of 10. The apps (I use the iPad and iPhone app) are flawless- however it did once switch to German but quickly resumed back to English within a short time. Brand selection is fantastic with many high street, designer and premium designers available. I would like to see Stone Island and Paul & Shark added but I'm sure these brands will arrive soon. “No notification of delays, are they still in business?”

Ordered Nike top was quoted 2 -4 days delivery. I immediately received an email with a Hermes tracking no. but after 4 days they still had not dispatched the item but had drawn the funds from my CC! Tried calling them but automated answer machine stated that they were too busy to take any calls!!! This sends alarm bells ringing to me.
