The products that I ordered on YOOX did not have a an exact description of the size fit. On the description it was saying it "fits large", but it was a smoll fit. When I was completing the return form, it offered me to use "YOOX MONEY", stating that it's the fastest and easiest way to claim a refund for returned items and I would be able to use them as soon as they receive my return form. But it's not true, I can't use them until they receive and process the return. Unfortunately it was not specified at the return form. It’s written in the separate legal document on the website. When I called them, they were very rude and did not want to talk to me about this matter. All I wanted, to be able to exchange these items on different sizes. Unfortunately YOOX has very limited sizes availabilities and they might not be available by the time they receive and process my refund.
Do not use "YOOX MONEY".
