I purchased a pair of boots over a month ago. When I received them, they were way too small and not as beautiful as the website displayed. I followed the instructions on the website for returns (perhaps there is no real customer service people because everything was via email and when I replied to the email it was never answered).
After about 3 weeks, of no communications (not even an acknowledgement of receiving the returned boots), I opened an issue with PayPal. Finally someone from YOOX requested that I close the PayPal incident in order to receive the refund. I read PayPal's details and realized that if I closed it, I cannot reopen it in case the refund is not paid. I let the YOOX person know that it had to remain open until I am refunded. I was refunded 2 weeks later.

5 weeks is much too long to wait on a refund - especially when no one even acknowledges that they had received the returned item. And browser and customers know that YOOX products are VERY expensive!
