Nothing to like about incompetent, poor, aggressive customer service. I paid for a 2 week delivery, after 5 weeks I requested an update, after another weekend I again requested an update. Finally they responded & said oops, printing error, we will send them out.
Ok, what about my payment for speedy delivery. So far I have been blamed for my incompetence at taking a poor resolution photograph. Upon checking my system, it was a full DSLR photo (admittedly JPEG fine) but due to a good F-Stop I managed to slightly blur the background.
I was also told (note payment was taken on day 1) that I should be grateful that they actually ran the print again? I am still trying to put this comment together as surely if you pay for something, the organisation should provide that product or service?
basically, teh customer is never right and as long as they hold your cash, what can you do about it ...
Run away from them, far very far & do not think you have any dutch courage as you will be bitterly disappointed.
