“False advertising”

Totally agree. Spent ages uploading the photos and then they charge over £3 for postage and packing plus tax is not included in the price so that is extra too. This really annoys me as who wouldn't pay the tax on it?? Why isn't it already included. It's very cheeky and makes me distrust them as a company. Avoid if possible as 99p ends up being almost £8.

The same just happened to me. Juts spent over an hour uploading photos and then they wanted £8 for delivery or else to have to wait 21 days! Not enough time to recieve before Christmas. I am very angry and vey disappointed. Beware folks :(

Not sure why you gave them as much as 2 stars. As for false advertising - they're under investigation by the ASA. And Vistaprint clearly consider themselves above the law as they didn't even bother responding to 3 out of 5 of the ASA's points in relation to their false advertising. Not looking good for them at all - luckily for the consumer.
