Watched the TV advert stating 99p for a calendar. Went to the website, uploaded photos and proceeded to checkout. Checkout stated 99p, but when I tried to pay, it timed out. Went back 5 minutes later and the price had gone up to nearly £8!! They charge to upload photos lol. What a joke. Photobox is so much better.

I agree with this reviewer!!

I also saw the TV advert for 99p calendars so went onto the website to check it out! Sure enough, on the cover page was the special deal of 99p - asking you to proceed. Having clicked on the various links to choose my calendar \"Style\", uploaded photos and did a fair bit of customising (cropping photos and adding captions), I proceeded to \"sign off\" on my calendar so that I could order it .... only to discover that the cost had mysteriously changed to £5.00!!!

What an absolute con. Very misleading.

I would recommend photobox - at least what you see is what you get. No hidden charges!!

Couldn't agree more! Stay clear of this Company and it's false advertising about the 99p calendar. There are hidden charges for P&P - you only get a discounted rate if you become a member (and that's an additional fee to subscribe).

DO NOT SPEND YOUR TIME UPLOADING YOUR PHOTOS only to discover that the item you have created is not at the price that was advertised at the start!!!
