polite but incompetend

Unixstickers sold me a sticker online and shipped it on December 2nd.stating a 4-6 day delivery in Europe. When it hadn't arrived after 10 days I inquired and was told to wait a few days more blaming the post. When these had expired I requested a refunded in return I received 10 spam mails. i was eventually told a refund would be issued and I still wait for that to arrive.
