I contacted printed.com by telephone on 25/11/2016 before close of business and requested for them to put on hold the printing of leaflets until we made some adjustments to the artworks. Despite not having started the printing process, they refused to do this. I have used printed.com before and been really happy with the results, but this experience has really put me off and I would not wish to have a similar experience again. I have been waiting over 1 month for my prints, I have received the single proof copies but never the full order. The order has been sent out 3 times, twice printed have said that Royal Mail have lost it and the third time that k had signed for a received the delivery which is far from the truth! “Awful quality and service ”

Utterly appalling standard of quality! I have been using printed.com for about 8 months for personal and business use. They used to be friendly, helpful and all items received were great quality. However on the largest order that i have placed to date, regarding 1050 brochures, they were dismissive, rude, the late in delivery, the packaging was destroyed and the quality of print was so shoddy that it has rendered the entire order useless. “Errors in printing still awaiting refund”

I paid for printing to be done, the printing was done incorrectly, my order was put on hold due to an issue with the bleed however I was not informed that my order was on hold and only discovered this when I logged on to see why my order had not been delivered. We choose printed.com as they are a large company with what we thought was the ability to deliver… how wrong we where. We ordered some brochures for an exhibition on Wednesday. The delivery was Monday, so a days grace in case of problems. On Monday they didn't arrive, and was told they are on the lorry and will arrive before 6pm on Tuesday. “Rude Customer Service, Late Deliveries”

Having been a loyal business customer for over 3 years now, and on the highest tier on their loyalty programme, we have found that printed.com have gotten too busy to serve even their most loyal customers. Their customer service has become increasingly rude and short over the phone, when the problem has been theirs in not delivering the product that we ask for. They are useless to deal with, all automated and the people you email / speak to do not know anything technical. They kept mucking me around and not sending order, then they kept rejecting it as was not suitable for print. “Labels only just usable print is terrible”

Ordered 200 labels and expected no problems as how can you really mess this up. But they came through and around all the writing on the lables there is a haze almost like a shadow so when you put the label on anything it looks like you have put two labels on and they are not alligned. The customer service is one of the best out there, I submitted the design, received it (nice and quick) and realised I hade put too much white space around the edge, I think this was the addition of crop marks. “Shocking customer service”

Shocking customer service, poor products, blame their customer for the business mistakes, no apologies. They claim they use 'green' methods of printing but what's the point when they have to reprint things as they make mistakes with every order? From cutting things out incorrectly, to items having ink marks on them, to not even including envelopes when you order them.
