“A bit fictional”

Why is Nicholas Green calling himself the founder? this company started life as the Digital Print Partnership which was founded by Declan Malone. The company was bought by Tangent PLC, where Nicholas Green is an executive director and rebranded as printed.com. This makes me wary of all the other claims made on the website. Essentially a good site but why the fiction?? (read more)

The customer service is one of the best out there, I submitted the design, received it (nice and quick) and realised I hade put too much white space around the edge, I think this was the addition of crop marks. As it wasn't too much of an issue I let it be, but a couple of days later I had a courtesy call to check everything was okay. “Shocking customer service”

Shocking customer service, poor products, blame their customer for the business mistakes, no apologies. They claim they use 'green' methods of printing but what's the point when they have to reprint things as they make mistakes with every order? From cutting things out incorrectly, to items having ink marks on them, to not even including envelopes when you order them. They then blame 'human error', staff leaving or the customer for these things. If you can't deliver, don't do business. Rude... (read more)

Even though the website was easy to use, i wasnt entirely happy with my prints, they hadnt been cut to the edge of the bleed. By the time they would of been re-printed and sent back to me it would of been to late. printed.com did however refund me. (read more)

I honestly don't have a complaint about printed.com. I ordered 200 matt double sided business cards for £20.13, which was a really good price for the quality of the end result. This was the first time I’ve used an online digital printing services, and was really happy with the ease of the site all i needed was the design for my card in a JPEG form.
