Unbelievably poor service. Took a week for Print24 to realise I'd even sent them the files for my print, and then printed the colours incorrectly. Customer service rude and unhelpful throughout. Having to address legal proceedings to recover my money - DO NOT USE. (read more)

E' la 2 volta che lo utilizzo. la prima volta è stata un esperimento, un piccolo lavoro (1000 volantini) vista l'efficienza ho provato adesso a stampare 40000 volantini di una manifestazione per la nostra associazione molto importante. il risultato è stato eccellente in termini di pagamento, recapito, assistenza e soprattutto prodotto finale. in tanti mi avevano detto di non usare per questo prodotto la stampa on line e devo dire che invece funziona ed è molto economico. Nel dettaglio: - Il sito è costruito in maniera piu' che buona: supporto multilingue, interfaccia grafica non molto accattivante (non è neccessario che lo sia!) ma ben definita, ha il supporto che necessita. Ho ordinato dei prodotti ancora una volta da Print24, stavolta una salumeria mi ha chiesto dei volantini in formato a4, stampati avanti e indietro su carta patinata lucida da 135 gr. Devo dire che la lavorazione è davvero impeccabile e che so bene la qualità di questa azienda che si dimostrata sempre pronta a soddisfare le richieste . Ordered 2500 flyers and paid extra for a proof. The proof arrived and it looked terrible, I declined the proof and uploaded a JPEG format instead just to see how it looked, expecting if it was not better I could upload the high def PDF again. As soon as i had i received an email to say my order had been printed. It seems in the small print this firm have that you only get one approval and that the approval is not a colour approval. I have used these clowns about a dozen times over the past few years, and recommended them to a lot of people because they are so damn cheap. However, their customer service has taken a dive. On calling helpline you get a polite and friendly completely useless muppet who can't talk to the technical team in Germany. Each time you have to sort out a bug (of their creation) there is a 24 hour delay while the message is passed from one team to another - and the message sometimes just doesn't... (read more)
