Like most of the other poor companies who have been targetted by this company I had a visit from a representative who promised me wonderful new menus and takeaway leaflets.
He showed me some designs and said I would need to pay £100 if I wished to proceed, I gave him cash as he appeared to be very professional.
After a number of weeks we started to get some proofs via email, the first one just being a copy of my existing menu, which we were going to completely change. After a number of emails and phone calls, they told me I would have to have a seperate drinks menu as it would not fit. They asked for an additional £65.00, silly me gave them my account details over the phone.
I was told my balance outstanding was £185.00 and was asked if I wanted to pay it all, I said no, just the £65.00 - Imagine my horror when I found out they had taken over £300 out of my account and had attempted to do this three times.
Fortunately, my bank resolved this, but I am still concerned they have my account details.
Needless to say, like everyone else, I have not received anything.
