“Good quality, good communication, good value”

This service charges half the price that high street photo shops cost and they did a briliant job of scanning 500 pictures for me. I was a bit anxious about sending off all my best photos to the Lake District but they kept in contact with me and did a really good job really quickly. I highly recommend them (read more)

A very good experience from start to beginning. The initial query was politely responded with sufficient detail. When the order was placed the materials for posting the photos was promptly provided. There was a slight delay in processing - this was explained. As soon as done, the photos were sent back securely and full and appropriate labelling. “My PiciScan experience - Fantastic”

My first experience of using PiciScan having found them on an Internet Google search. We needed 100 photos scanned to enable us to have a photo book made for our daughter. The whole process was very simple and straight forward from start to finish. Having sent the photos off to PiciScan by courier it was really reassuring to hear by e-mail that they had received them safely. “Highly recommend PiciScan”

I tried this company with a test batch of about 40 rather old photo's, I paid for both the photo's and courier collect service. Unfortunately somehow it got messed up on their system, the payment for the photo's went through, but not the courier. I received a very polite mail asking could I check my credit card bill for the payment, in the meantime the courier envelope was sent to me.
