Anyone looking for great PVC banners should head to Discount Banners! I ordered a PVC banner for my dads retirement party and the quality was superb! The banner was delivered very quickly. The customer service team were very friendly and made sure my banner got to me in time for my dads retirement do. Great service and price, would recommend to anyone looking for PVC banners. I ordered four of the large PVC banners to put on the roadside outside our shop. The price was very good and the produce was delivered very quickly, quicker than they quoted on their site and was of excellent quality. I had a couple of questions regarding the stickers and both were answered over the phone and I got some great advice on how to apply them. When proof was received they had completly ignored my instuctions regarding colours and font, claiming instructions did not upload. Once that was sorted I approved the banner, 8 days later no delivery (website states delivery in 1 - 3 days) emails regarding delivery are not responded to, and phoning them - forget you will never get to speak to anyone. “Poor customer service”

Ordered stickers from them...price seemed reasonable. Was told it would be dispatched. Now a week on no communications. Cant get through via phone. Get cut off or get through to automated answerphone. No replies via email. This is very frustrating...especially for important/urgent orders. I cannot help feeling like they don't give hoot. I will be going back to my other reliable supplier. DO NOT USE DISCOUNT BANNER PRINTING....you have been warned... (read more)

Agree 100%, ordered a banner, they ignored my instructions regarding colour and font. 8 days after approval of proof still no delivery, no response to email etc

I've used Discount Banner Printing on several occasions and the stickers I've order have turned up as ordered. The quality's not the best, but it's fine for cheap stickers to give out for free and the ordering system on their website is very good! The only 2 slight gripes I would have are the quality (the stickers are a bit grainy if you look close). But I don't know if this is because of the image I'm using? “a company that supplies defective product and ignores you”

I found this company online when I was looking to get some stickers printed. I paid £58 for some premium laminated stickers - without lamination they would have been 40% of the cost. When received around 20% were marked, and had a bubbled surface. So they asked me to send them back. After a couple weeks, nothing. Told me they would be posted 'end of week'.
