I placed my order on 11/05/2016, and still have not received my print! It is impossible to speak to anyone in real time. When I call the Connecticut office, the phone rings forever until a message is finally heard stating that "all representatives are busy with other customers". Not one of my phone inquiries have been returned, and it takes repeated emails to finally get some sort of excuse, I mean response on the status of my order. I was referred to this company by a friend who had nothing but stellar reviews of this company, unfortunately I do not share his adulation! I am very disappointed as I planned on doing repeated business, but now I just want to receive my acrylic print which has been paid for at the the time of the order...

We found the service from acrylicimage first class, they were very quick from when we ordered to completion of our order, we couldn't be more pleased with the result, the picture looks lovely above our fire and is everything we hoped it would be much better than a canvas I think . I am no photographer but the end result looks very good to me , many thanks to acrylicimage .

Love it! Will be ordering several more They use thick acrylic, and protective sheets thru shipping care. Absolutely no problems! Good communication with my orderas well. I am critical of prints, and this one was as uploaded. Great job all around.

Was very unhappy, my husband's hair and shoulder was not showing properly, did not get the proof to approve if something is wrong. In my opinion, if the portrait is not showing full face and shoulder, it is not a portrait. Called them, they are trying to help me now, only after I had to let them know that I am stopping the payment, just than they responded to my complaint. I was not expecting this sort of treatment from an expert in this field, and paying so high price for this. I still have not received the new print yet...the original order was placed almost a month ago!!!!

I done a lot of online research before I ordered from Acrylic Image as I've never bought one of these before. I'm confident that I chose the right company. The website was easy to use, clearly priced & informative. I ordered a large picture from my Daughters wedding with a transparent background as it is hanging on a white wall. The picture is stunning & everyone has positive comments to make when they see it. I love it!! I would have liked there to be a template included as I ended up drilling one hole in the wrong place when hanging it but that was due to my rubbish measuring! Very well packaged & a good delivery time. I will certainly use this company again - not the cheapest out there by a long shot but you really do get what you pay for!

I have used these guys for several years. I tried going to a large well known company and wasted my money. Acrylic Image is not comparable to others. They quality is excellent, they obviously have someone doing quality control. I will always use these guys, I'm spoiled now! The colors and clarity are exactly as the photo I uploaded. The Acrylic block is wonderful and is stand alone. I ordered the opaque version.

I love this place. I live in the US and this is in the UK. They have a tel number to call if from the US. If you can manage to call them if you have a problem, they are very responsive. The lucite blocks are JUST stunning. Always come back. Shipping time is mostly reasonable. 1 star off for unresponsive email customer service as far as answers go. Never answer emails, though they ARE reading them. So now I have learned to call and that works out, still love their products and will keep ordering and recommending.

I ordered 3 different acrylic prints from acrylic image on behalf of a client. They arrived within a week which I was impressed with. They were so well packaged that I almost didnt want to open them before handing over to my client, but I had to to check the quality - which i have to say was absolutely fantastic, I held them next to the photos on my laptop and the colours were great. You never quite know what you're going to get when you buy prints online - some I've used have been great, others terrible. Acrylic image are definitely up there in the great category!

I just finished installing my photographic wall art in two floors of a hospital clinic that was updating their facility. I wanted to try a different approach than the typical matting and framing for a more clean and modern presentation and decided to try Acrylic Images. I am very happy with that decision. The images have a tremendous amount of impact, especially the 40x40 and 31x51 sizes and they were printed exactly as I had created them which is not always the case with a lab. It did not take very long to recieve the order. Customer service was as outstanding as their product and they were in constant contact with me throughout the entire project. The images were packed well, however the shipper damaged two. Acrylic Images responded immediately and within a few days I had the replacements. Plans are in the works for another floor to be done and I will definitely be using them again.
