Ordered personalised luggage straps on the Monday, only got email receipt from payment but no communication of when they would be delivered. Arrived following Monday & they were rigid straps so no use to put round a suitcase. It should have stated rigid on the description!! These are no use so will have to throw them away - £17.25 wasted

The labels took a long time to arrive, just outside their 10-15 day time-frame. Labels look cheap but mostly clear, although a little blurry in places. No instructions were included in the packaging and nothing easy to find on their website. I had to rely on a competitor's website for instructions. I ironed on for 10 seconds on a medium/hot setting with parchment paper between iron and label. All seemed good. I washed the clothes at 40 degrees on a delicate setting. 2 of the 3 labels entirely came off, the other one peeling away easily. The glue from the labels had stuck to the front of my daughter's school dress which took some time peel off. I do not recommend this company at all.

I ordered the premium quality headed paper and envelopes. Firstly, the envelopes weren't sent, I had to phone and request these. However, more disappointing is the colour and quality of the paper. The paper and envelopes are supposed to be white...they are off-white. Compared to the remains of a previous order from Able Labels, the paper looks cheap and nasty. I should have just ordered the cheaper version because that looks like the quality I have been sent. Very disappointed and won't order from them again!!

Ordered some stick on address labels. They took two weeks to arrive and the print was very faint and hardly legible. I immediately emailed and left a voice mail but no one got back to me. After phoning several times, when i eventually got through i was told that i would have to return them at my own expense and they would decide if there was anything wrong with them. Terrible company. Avoid.

Every single one of 250 labels had tear and indented line, and some smudged. How did this get through quality check? Asked for replacement to be prioritised as I need the labels. Still waiting - now longer than original faulty product took to arrive! Will NOT be using this company again! Very disappointed.

I recently placed an order for school name labels and personalised stationery. The 'review before print' page showed the text rather small, and I couldn't see the 'zoom' button so agreed to print as it all looked fine. There was a rogue full stop that I missed (my fault) and so the stationary is useless. I emailed the company asking what there customer service policy was, and if there was anything they could do. They made no effort to be accommodating and simply said I could have the pages reprinted for £12 (minus box, envelopes etc)! It would be cheaper to print myself! Plus the lady actually laughed at me on the phone and said "well it was your fault". I realise that. It was also your opportunity to secure repeat business. I have two kids, and as such many name lables, school stationery etc to print over their school lives. Able Labels will be getting NONE of this business and I will NOT be recommending them to friends either. Poorly played Able Labels.

I have been a happy customer for a number of years. Able Labels provides an excellent service and the labels are exactly what I have required.

A few years ago I purchased some personalised lockable luggage straps from Able Labels. They were good - gave added security to luggage as well as making it easier to identify on an airport carousel. So when a relative (from abroad) asked me to get him a set of 3 I naturally ordered them from this company - even though they weren't the cheapest on the market. When they arrived I discovered that the clasps were not lockable - so easily removable in transit - either accidentally or deliberately. When I spoke to their customer services about my disappointment in this, I was just told that "the manufacturers don't make them any more" (strange as another company is currently advertising these straps with lockable clasps) followed by some tripe about the airports not liking them if they needed to open your luggage - ?so why the locks on suitcases?. The 'customer service' person was not the least bit interested in my situation and was unsympathetic and dismissive. So much for a "friendly family business". They may be a local business, but I'll go elsewhere in future If you're OK with non-lockable straps, you can get them much cheaper elsewhere. If you want lockable - buy from the competition - they're no dearer.

I am very happy with the name labels and writing paper and notecards that I ordered. When one set of envelopes was missing in my parcels they were with me within 24 hours, so in good quality and service.

Easy to order. Arrived promptly and are perfect for naming school and club clothing. No more mislaid kit (hopefully).

This was a small order for personalised labels, but I was very pleased with the quick service shown by Able-Labels. They were exactly what I wanted to place on the back of some of the mosaics I do. Thank you very much.

The 5 dozen printed pencils which I ordered are fine, beautifully printed, and arrived promptly. They would though have been better sharpened, it took me a long time to do it manually!

The way they answered my phone call was with such respect and I was amazed at how efficiently it arrived at my doorstep from when I ordered it. I have never been so happy with an item that I ordered online...I've only been happy with the experience of orders online from able labels...There were no problems when it came to making payments, as are usually with other companies...the pencils were so well packed and I was really pleased with it when it arrived. I loved the font you used on the pen. I would have loved to know how long exactly it would have taken for my product to arrived but as mentioned above, to my surprise, it arrived a few days after I ordered it...I was really pleased. I've had such such good experience with able labels before that I didn't have to know anything before I made the purchase. Thank You to able labels...I was so pleased when the package arrived at my doorstep, so perfectly packed and on time...the bill was also so clearly named and labeled. Thank you for providing your customers with such a good service!
