Badly cropped business cards

I ordered business cards but the design I saw on the screen to approve was not what was finally delivered. The design was cropped badly and off centre. I emailed but the emails went unanswered. I put a comment on the fb page and had a phone call about the problem, with a promise of a possible reprint, and nothing happened afterwards. The colours were off, but would have been ok in black and white ( it was a photograph, a portrait) and I have now ordered elsewhere. I await a refund, but would really like not to have to phone up for one, when email usually works. School name labels have always been spot on and I will always come back to Able Labels for those!
