Terrible response from customer services. Blame me for the photo being too dark. I would not recommend one click print to anyone.

Horrible! Never received my order. Ordered in March then company said the would resend them. This is horrible that they can just take money like that. I ordered pictures from free print app and got them in 1 week like promised.

Worst customer service I have ever come across, not a hint of concern that I was having a problem with their service. Due to problems with them being unable to access the images I uploaded, I had to upload them 3 times in total (483 images). I had to chase them up to find out where my prints were each time, only to be told that again they had a problem with them. On the final time of uploading I was told they were with "pre press" where they were for 5 days despite me asking them to put some priority on my order. In all it took from the 26th June until the 21st July before I received my order. The print quality is mediocre to say the least, & after I "centred" each photo I got back 15 with peoples heads cut off or limbs missing. I also ordered six 7x5 prints & received 2!!!!!! If you are thinking of getting prints by these people then can I say that there are other printing services around, and I advise you to use them!

Had prints developed. The quality, coloring and clarity were the worst I have seen. I had to get them re-developed by another company and they came out really clear. Stay away, as you are guaranteed to be disappointing with the images. They aren't images you will treasure, they will be some vague images which dont represent the real life of when the image was taken The customer service is pretty bad, as they dont even respond to the emails or contact I made with them, and just give some random answers

I'm a photography degree student and noticed 1click print at the Birmingham photo show. I was dubious about quality as the cost was half the price of its competitors so I ordered a sample print...it was excellent. They have since helped me on numerous occasions and quality is always fantastic, service and speed is also great. Couldn't recommend anymore. Thanks again!

Absolutely love this company. Been a customer for over a year now and never had to complain. Quality is always spot on, delivery is never to long and the staff are lovely. Would definitely recommend this company.

Ordered a simple canvas print, was given delivery between 18-22 May, have emailed twice and my goods are STILl in the print queue. It was ordered as a birthday present!

Was a bit worried about ordering from this company as not heard of them,done order and canvas came was very happy with mine. and have recommended to others would use again!!

CHEAP why are they cheap,as they say you get what you pay for,and in this instance totally true. Put it this way i only bought a couple 12x8 canvases to see the quality,and at the low price,well you think youve grabbed a bargain. Well whatever you do ,dont pay the actual price,for these,as they are pretty low quality,come with marks on them,low quality canvas,and not exactly stretched tight.

Placed an order on 14th Dec as their site falsely advertised that 'all items ordered before 19th December are due to leave in time for Christmas', I messaged the company 3 days before Xmas as I was concerned I hadn't received the items or a dispatch email and one of the items still read 'in production' on their site. I received a reply saying 'expect delivery by Friday/Saturday' - it didn't arrive. Thoroughly disappointed that this company did not honour their message or their advertisement on their site. Had they have been realistic about delivery dates over Xmas for their customers then I would not have ordered from them in first place. Not good customer service at all. Not even an email to apologise the order wouldn't be dispatched in time so that I could have bought other Xmas presents instead.

Ordered canvas as Xmas present it didn't arrive was re sent and that didn't arrive unable to get through on phone keep getting cut off after a 30 minute wait do not use this company!!
