Ordered middle of march with the guarantee it would arrive within 21 days. On the 21st day, it didn't arrive, so I checked online to track it, to then read that it hadn't even left them yet. Upon reading this, I phoned them, of which I had to re-dial about 5 times as it had the busy tone, then I had to wait 20minutes for them to actually answer. I've had canvases printed in the past before with another company and have always been delighted with the result, so this experience has been a real disappointment. I saw a deal online for a large sized canvas for a bargain price of £7.99 (+£5.99 postage) and thought it sounded like incredible value. I have used 1clickprint a lot and always been happy with the quality. But last week one of my canvases arrived with a dirty mark in the corner, spoiling the image. I emailed them about it and got their standard automated 'we will reply within one working day' email. After THREE days of NO REPLY I emailed them again - its now FIVE DAYS and NOTHING! I placed my order in the 2nd of Feb and paid for their express delivery service (3 days) as I wanted to give my partner the print of our baby for valentines day. 6 days later there was still no delivery so I gave 1click print a call. To be fair to them the guy I spoke to was very apologetic and explained for some reason it had not been despatched. I honestly can't believe the quality of the canvas for the £5.99 that I paid for it. My print arrived in just over two weeks so well within the 21 days. On another note the order process was simple and the on-line designer that allows you to upload your image and resize to see how the print will look is a great tool very easy to use it even tells you if the image resolution is high enough. This really is an awfull company with no idea on customer service! I bought this deal from KGB back in August/September for a 36x24" canvas. What are these people on with? See Facebook and there must be thousands of people loving 1clickprint. I've placed 5 orders with them and they all came on time and perfect. Seriously, you pay a couple of pounds for a canvas print, it arrives and looks good. How you could ever be unhappy with that? I love mine and they have saved me lots of pounds this Christmas. I ordered 2 t shirts with a print graphic one was ok nothing spetacular and the other was really bad. The graphic i sent was all black with with white detail in the middle but what i received had a white line all round the outside and you could see the colour of the t shirt showing through the print. I ordered two canvas prints on the 16 August. I waited about a month and one arrived looking very good. The second arrived with red eye. I had paid extra for this to be removed. I emailed 1 clickprint and they said they would send me another copy. This was never received. I returned the red eye print at a cost of £3 even though thy said they didn't need it back as I thought it might prompt them into sending me the replacement. Despite many emails I was let down. After 25days I emailed to ask for an estimated delivery time (it was indicated around 20 days) and got a next day response apologising for the delay due to the popularity of the offer. Come on, a free canvas and people complain it's a couple of days late. Mine came after 22 days because I chose the cheaper royal mail delivery and the web site clearly said royal mail around 21 days. 22 days IS around 21 days!!! Do not order from these people, first of all they delivered my order 3 weeks late without any notice then sent me men's tshirts instead of women's fitted tshirts so I had to go on holiday without the tshirts ordered. I purchased a discounted voucher through KGB deals a while ago. I'll be honest I completely forgot I had it and only realised a the last minute. I ordered the canvas from 1clickprint and paid for the express delivery option so that my canvas print would arrive before my sisters birthday. Web site quoted 5 working days for the print but it arrived in about 3. Print quality was excellent and it make my sister's day. “Bad Customer Communication - Items Both Late ”

Company gave no communication of why they were late so i had to call the customer services who then guranteed another date, again they did not turn up on this date and are due to arrive 1 week after the first expected date, terrible communication from the business if there is a problem they should be letting there customers know. I take it all back,this morning 2 replacements arrived in less than a week after complaining to Clickprint,no communication from them whatsoever but hey ho they put it right and I am happy and it has restored my faith in buying online.Thank you CP but a word of advice....keep in touch with your customers :)
