“Excellent - easy to use and superb call centre”

I used the site this morning. Its extremely easy to use. I have just saved myself £400..for only 5 minutes effort!

I then rang the call centre who took me through the process step by step. I spoke to a young man (Rui Santos) who knew his stuff. He took the time to talk me through the pros and cons of each utility supplier and was extremely knowledgable. We often complain when things go wrong but are less willing to talk about good customer service - U switch deliver exceptional customer service - well done!
