The person I spoke to was so helpful, friendly and really couldn't do enough to help. I would highly recommend using Utility Exchange, they can compare prices and save you a lot of time researching different companies. They also provide prices for 100% renewable energy and can inform you which companies do and do not provide renewable which was an important issue for me. The beauty of the service that Utility Exchange provides is that it takes away one of the most tedious jobs there is - the renewal of contracts with services providers.
