I made an initial enquiry about private health insurance and was surprised when I received a quick reply. The advisor was very pleasant and not pushy, although I suspect he could tell I was genuine with my enquiry.
The information was given to me so promptly and I was amazed how affordable the policy was. He understood we had to study it all carefully as we do not jump into anything like this and it was plain sailing from there on in.
I passed on the details to another family member and now she has taken out her own private health insurance policy. It's reassuring to know if we take ill we can go to plan B and not have to depend on the struggling NHS
