I contacted Usay, because I don't think the NHS service will ever improve to get the kind of service & respect the public deserve, but I didn't know who offered the best policy for me. Usay asked me some general questions & explained the policy in full. They sent me all the details of the policy via e-mail & answered all the question on a professional level. The most important aspect of my many phone calls & the great customer service I received, was I never felt as if they were trying to sell me the policy.I even got a better policy cover than original quoted. I am very happy & feel that my health has the best cover it needs. Thank you Usay.
