I recently contacted Usay to find some health insurance, expecting the usual bored sales speil. I was very pleasantly surprised that the rep was so helpful and understanding, and really listened to what I needed. Together, we chose the most appropriate policy for me at a great price. Documents then arrived promptly, and the 30 day cooling off period gave peace of mind that I could check the policy thoroughly. I didn't have any problems at all, the man I spoke to was professional yet friendly, and very easy to contact.
