Find website user friendly and easy to understand. Was able to follow along and complete in a short time and was given our new fixed price switch stated very clearly. Felt a great way to handle a switch. Now will see how it goes as we complete this month. We were offered a great deal to switch and it was quick and easy to do. Recommend others to try and you could be saving lots on your bill. A great price and offer for one year fixed. Hope it works well.
