“Do not Use this lot”

once you have used this shower you cant get rid of them, if i get one more call i am going to sue them. they are a real pain do not take no for an answer.
why is it that they are unable to take NO as an answer, its not too long a word is it,i now swear at them but that doesnt work either.
if i make an enquirey i get a reply and that is it i dont want to enter into a relationship with them.
