Received a reminder that van insurance was due so went back on Go Compare and yet again found it easy to scroll through the required information. The questions were direct and straightforward and as long as you have all your information alongside you, the exercise is simple.

The quotes appeared in a very short period of time and I was able to access all the details I needed. I telephoned the Insurance company I finally decided upon and received a further 15% off the premium because I was online at the same time.

The Insurance documents arrived in my house the following day so how is that for service?

There was only one tiny blip - there was insufficient time to read and digest the table of quotes before the screen went blank for security reasons and I had to restart the programme. It would also have been helpful if there had been some background information about the insurance companies because some of them I had never heard of. It meant going on to their websites to check them out. This created delay but no great problem.
