It's the best site of its kind.

Why?

1] It doesn't take a great deal of effort to make a quote.
2] It remembers what you've typed in from before so it saves you time when making new quotes.
3] (For myself, not sure if it's the same with everyone else, but..) I get the cheapest quotes on here, the other comparison websites tend to give higher quotes.

Any negatives?

1] The adverts on TV are very annoying - but an argument can be made that TV adverts are annoying in general so not a big point.
2] If you make a lot of quotes, you tend to get a lot of calls from people at Confused. I did and told them 'ah, well I'm just looking to see how much insurance would be for this car and that car, etc' but even though you tell them once, you'll get more calls from them regardless.
3] You get a high volume of emails from Confused, one for every quote - it's necessary when you think about it, but it can get a little tedious after a while. (If there's an option to disable it, I never bothered to look so if there is then can't really argue!

So really, like any site there are a few little things that could be different but it's the end product that matters. People go to Confused for insurance quotes and they get them without any problems, and it's easy to do it - it ticks all the boxes it needs to and that's why it's got a good reputation.

Can it improve in the future? Maybe it can, but I wouldn't want it to, it serves its purpose just fine the way it is!
