“Confusing”

I wanted a quote for my car insurance. However, when I enter the details for my car it comes up as a 3 door hatchback when it's a 5 door. The confusing site will not let me manually change the car. Hence, the quotes come up as about £100 more expensive than any other site. I tried to let them know by using the contact us tab. However, they require you to input your birthday. When I do this it comes up as NOT a valid date. Confusing!
