Following successful purchase of my Motor Insurance I belatedly contacted Customer Services, in hope rather than expectation, because I had run out of time to claim my Meerkat toy reward. I received very helpful and personal attention from the customer service agent and they actually carried out the application process on my behalf and secured my Meerkat toy despite being, formally, out of time. Te service received, therefore, could be described as nothing less than excellent. Thank you to all concerned.
