Don't ever trust these incompetent comedians to deliver a switch for your company. We entrusted Business Juice with finding our business a cheaper two year electricity deal. They promised to arrange in October a deal with Scottish Power that seemed ideal for us, that should take effect from the start of December. Didn't hear anything about any progress so we checked to see if the switch was progressing, and they assured us all was in hand. Last day of November, day before the supposed switch, heard from our existing supplier that they had not heard anything from Scottish Power or Business Juice about the switch. Contacted Business Juice to be informed that the switch would not happen, due to a problem with Scottish Power. Told they could arrange a later switch, with possible compensation and possibly on the agreed rate, but not guaranteed. Ended up stuck with our existing supplier for next two years. Will cost our business an extra 20 per cent in electric costs and about an extra £1000 in costs each year. Will never ever use this company again!

I was cold called by Business Juice who were aware of when my existing contract expired. I don't usually do business with cold callers but they were very friendly and so I got some competitive quotes. Meanwhile I was getting married and off on honeymoon but they did not pressurise me to sign up before I left but were very patient and sorted everything quickly on my return. Highly recommended.

Having used uSwitch to update my energy supplier previously, at first I was a little surprised to be contacted by Business Juice. However this is just a trading name for the business element of uSwitch. The representative I dealt with was efficient and gave me good quotes. The whole process didn't take too long - a few emails and 2 faxes, and it is all sorted for another 2 years. There was only one tiny hiccup, when a contract was not sent as an attachment. The fact this is the only trivial thing to hold up the process shows how well Business Juice did. Well done.
