all the product I receive are really good quality for the money value, but it also waste a lot of nerves. It's a third time I am using zooplus and I am always happy about the products. I really want to keep using zooplus, however delivery makes it really hard..
This time it took me almost two weeks to receive this delivery.
First it disappeared on the tracking system and I was recommended to contact my seller(zooplus) by delivery company Yodel. Zooplus customer services advised me to wait until they will clarify the matter with yodel, but later agreed to send new delivery. However no compensation was offered.
Second, for re-delivery zooplus customer service assistant couldn't register my delivery address for Doodle(it's XXI century)!..... It was ridiculous: I was forced to change delivery address to my work place and yet again - no compensation. Delivery was a huge box and I had to take taxi home...in London! (£35)
So after all zooplus is not that cheap ;)
I do understand that delivery company operates separately from zooplus, but if I am not happy with my accountant I will fire him, so why does zoolpus keep recommending unreliable delivery companies?
As far as I am concern my delivery should be organised and take care of by zooplus, so it is absolutely zooplus mistakes. Maybe those few hundred pounds that I spend at zooplus doesn't mean anything, but this is not a professional attitude at all.
