They are getting annoyed so do I, purchased a birds cage and decided to swap for a more expensive but better one and as I was going to let them know this I received a message to tell me the cage I purchased was not in stock, I presumed since I just purchased it (30mn before) I would get a refund, you must be joking, 5 to 7 working days to get a refund! I should have gone to PayPal and cancel straight away.
So here you are Zooplus you are getting annoyed because I am asking you when you I get the refund but sorry, 5-7 days does seem fair, does it?
Now I will twit my experience with you, some months back bad experience with the delivery of parrot seeds, but I tried again and here we are! once again!
