ordered two items online and paid for the goods. Waited over a week for delivery and still no goods have arrived. Contacted customer services (what a waste of time that was) half baked fish finger would of been more useful to talk to...honestly!
Nearly two weeks on still waiting for delivery. Apparantly yodel cant find the address and customer services cant be bother to chase up my parcel. Have had to contact yodel direct to find out what is going on and to arrainge redelivery.
Might as well not have a customer service as you have to do all the chasing yourself...what a joke!
oh and dont forget to add on the cost of the phone bill to your order if you need to contact 'customer services'
I wouldn't have rated this company any stars...lucky they managed one!!!
