Zooplus were fine - speedy response to my order for cat food and other items, and both parcels out for collection very fast from them. Then comes the problem. Zooplus use Yodel as their courier. If you live anywhere that is delivered from Yodel's Exeter Branch, then please take my advice and don't order from Zooplus. Yodel had my parcels in their warehouse for nearly 2 weeks without making any attempt to deliver them. I escalated the problem with both Yodel and Zooplus, but got nowhere other than spending £7.00 on repeated phone calls. This completely wiped out any financial benefit of free delivery. The final insult that Yodel had in store for me is that they marked the final parcel out for delivery on Thursday 12th April. It didn't arrive that day, or Friday or Saturday. In the end it was put in my porch (I was in), without ringing the bell, on Sunday 15th April. However, the parcel is marked on their website as having been delivered on Thursday 12th April. This is patently untrue because I called both Yodel and Zooplus on Friday 13th to ask why the parcel had not been delivered. So the net of this story is to Zooplus: I won't be using you again until you either change couriers, or offer customers a choice of courier (since I understand that courier performance is different in different parts of the country). Sorry, but your firm has been completely discredited by your choice to use Yodel as a courier.
