Last Thursday I ordered a number of products from the zoo plus website (including large items such as a floor to ceiling cat tree). The website was easy to use and check out simple (just make sure you register if you want the extra discounts!). The products ordered arrived promptly on Monday morning... I was very impressed!

We were very happy with all of the products purchased, however decided that one item was not quite right for our Cat, called Zooplus and was connected to an agent quickly. My exchange request was handled very well and I was very happy with the experience.

Have already recommended to a number of friends and family.
