“Don't Touch Them With A Barge Pole!”

I would not touch this company with a barge pole. First I purchase one item which they put through to my bank. Then I purchased another item for £13.00 which not only did they not even have, or tell me they didn't have but they then proceeded to take 3 amounts from my bank account instead of the one £13! I then cancelled the other item as that still had not been sent either and they then proceeded to not only not refund that but remove more money from my account! They then sent out the order that I had cancelled, charging me yet again for it and now when I try and get my money back they tell me its my banks problem as they have refunded all the money "according to their system....yep the system that charges me twice and for three different amounts instead of one!
