Don’t buy the Lodge Hutch Cover or any other cover poor quality materials Not fit for purpose won’t last I normal British weather. Nothing thermal about it. Mine ripped the stitching upon pulling it over the hutch on an end I wasn’t even touching. Company via email refused to refund and became accusing me of damaging it myself. Won’t honour their obligations under consumer rights act. The site they won’t let you leave negative reviews as they delete them if they’re not 5 stars. Avoid as best as possible.

Started of very good service with answering questions promptly etc, I then ordered for next day delivery and received call to say wouldn't be available for 6 weeks, agreed to wait. Changed my mind and cancelled 2 weeks later - commence the extremely poor customer service and then the company claiming the refund paid! No refund at all and had to get my bank involved to investigate to get me a refund, thankfully paid on credit card!! DO NOT USE!!

DO NOT BUY from this company. THE RABBIT HUTCH COMPANY (parent company Fonesca ) APPALING, TERRIBLE, DISHONEST, NO COMMUNICATION, FALSE ADVERTISING ...ETC ETC........ Non existant customer service. Breaching advertising standards. no communication. I ordered from them, was lied to( have evidence and proof) paid a lot extra for next day delivery on Friday and still not received on Tuesday. did not reply to emails. phone line is a premium line and leaves you sitting on hold for ages and ages while they supposedly connect you to an operator, but DO NOT. on advert say "next day delivery" but fail to mention the small print, terms and conditions etc which are in small print excluding weeds, bank holidays and orders in PM. so for example order after lunch on Friday and they consider next day as Tuesday! only deliver giving no time so have to wait in from 7 am to 7 pm with no time slots.... and then they didn't deliver! the parcel hadn't left rabbit hutch company so the courier had no chance! No where on their website does it say parcels have to be signed for but their courier demands this. Worst of all was the LACK OF COMMUNICATION and breaches in advertising, BREAKING THE LAW. HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM. The Company Director and ' googled' will reveal customer dissatisfaction. Likewise Face book page. DO NOT ORDER.
