Ordered Mr Snugs outdoor cat kennel for a cat that just turned up before Christmas 2013, it was sheltering under the bush in the back garden, but would not come into house just kept looking through window. Gave it some food but still would not come in even when raining so thought would try this kennel. Delivery was very quick, within 3 days of order and was kept up to date with delivery times which was excellent as you knew when to be in for said delivery. Kennel is excellent for keeping cat dry and also purchased with kennel a self heat pad which also keeps cat warm and cosy. The only thing that you need to do is try to shelter entrance to stop wind and water blowing in but as ours is under garden bush it's well protected and the cat loves it. Overall with the price of the kennel and pad with the delivery I gave Pet Express a 5 star rating as I thought it was well worth it
