“Consistently Poor Service”

I have ordered from Surrey Pet Supplies on a number of occasions. Each time i have recieved a call to inform me that items were out of stock and they were unable to complete the order. Some of the items are well priced, however, in all honesty i think they made a mistake on the pricing and then did not want to sell it to me and just said they could not get hold of it. Theit website does not tell you when something is out of stock, and they just let you buy it anyway. This company does not provide good service and i will not purchase anything from them again.
