this is the second time I've ordered from seapets, and once again I've been so dissapointed with them, not only did i pay for next day delivery but, they don't keep you updated via email, with whats happening with your order, and they don't take down the items on there website that are no longer in stock, giving me, the customer false reading, I've know been waiting for my order for a week, and they are not giving me any money off or even my NDD off, i find it disgusting that they can do this, didn't mind the first time, but the fact its now happened twice i will not be returning.

if you need important equipment for you pet/reptile and can't get to the shop, and you need it quickly, DO NOT USE SEAPETS.
