Ordered fish tank on line in mid July. Tank arrived broken. arranged for collection and replacement. Tank collected, 29th July. About 14 days later, still no replacement. Company apologised and promised I would have tank within 48hrs. Order cancelled on the 18th of Aug as still no replacement or communication from Seapets. Since then I have rang 5 times to arrange for our money (Nearly £140) to be refunded. I have had excuse after excuse, apology after apology and promise after promise BUT, You guest it, it is now nearly the end of September and I am STILL waiting. My advice to any potential customer. DON'T GO THERE.
