Before placing an order with Seapets, ask yourself the question, 'Do I want to be continually messed around, ignored and let down'? If the answer is 'Yes' then place your order.
When I placed my order, I was unaware of this companys ineffectiveness, and I suppose it's my fault for not realising that 'In stock' actually meant that I had to wait up to 7 working days for the items to be delivered to their warehouse.
I wouldn't have even known this if I hadn't emailed them several times.
And so I agreed that they would ship out the few items they had, that day, and once again I was wrong in presuming next day meant the next day, and not when they felt like dispatching.
So after ignoring a further 3 emails I decided to cancel, and use an online retailer that actually wanted to retain customers.
