“Disgraceful Delivery and Courier service”

Order placed on 10 May arrived 24 May due to the don't give a damn attitude of their courier service.

To be fair, after making one error, customer service did try to put it right, but by then it had entered the disaster area called "UK Mail Couriers" and they really turned a mistake into a nightmare.

Delivery one - couldn't find us, never bothered to call the telephone no on the order

Delivery two - still couldnt find us, rang for instructions, didn't bother to turn up

Delivery three - with the intervention of customer services

Our building is easily found by satnav and there are 8ft high letters on the side - it is my view they didn't even bother.

I had to make 4 calls and an email to customer services to get it sorted.

NEVER EVER USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN.
