“buyer beware!”

I wanted to buy a cat flap that was operated by my cat's chip. I ended up going to petstuffgalore who are based in Chesham, UK. I decided to phone them up to ask about a particular cat flap since I had read that there can be problems with the chip your cat has. I was told that if I had any problems at all, they would be happy to accept returns and that I would not be out of pocket with delivery or return expenses.
