terrible customer service

I rang pets at homes perry barr store to ask if they had any worming pills in stock for my dog. I was told by the male who answered the phone that I could come into store and collect the pills providing I knew my dogs exact weight.
I told him the dogs weight and clearly specified I wanted the Drontal pills as he had explained there was the ones on the aisle or the licensed products behind the counter.
An hour later my brother went to the store for me and was told by the manager he would have to collect the pills in a couple of days and she denied a male collegue being present.
I rang the store myself to speak to the manager. I gave her the exact time I rang in and spoke to this male which she still denied.
I told her how poor the stores customer service was, to which she replied "well you'll be happy to know the stores closing down in January".
I rang pets at homes customer service number many times which wasnt answered so decided to fill out the complaints form.
My complaint still has not been addressed, its been over a week.
I was a regular customer at pets at home spending in excess of £100 per month.
I will no longer give my business to this horrible retailer who has no regard for their customers.
