Having recently visited your York rd, Doncaster store and i really think your animal pens need an urgent update, they are very outdated. One bottle holder in the guinea pig pen was broken and a very battered bottle hang off it, also the other water bottles were way past their use by dates. I am sure you will want to address this immediately as I am planning to visit it again.
