Bought a Syrian hamster from the store and a few weeks later my house is swarming with fleas... Tried to contact their customer service team, no advice, no apology, no response!!! Currently struggling to find a PRESCRIPTION ONLY flea spray for hamsters as I don't want to poison the poor thing with other flea treatments for bigger animals... Don't bother, go to a shelter they have plenty of older but well cared for critters.
