Cruelty is a strong word. Serious negligence would be more accurate, but still unacceptable standards for pet shop. In my review, I haven't even reached negligence problem at PAH, but if u look back at other reviews, there is plenty of evidence there, so it was pointless to repeat all of that again. Yes, if ur paid to sell sth, you should know what ur selling. Misleading information regarding live stock, plant, pet food or equipment, may lead to serious problems, most often fatal in consequences. It is persisting problem at PAH, that the staff attempt to sex hamsters, rabbits, GP etc, despite having no idea. While they should rather admit that they do not know or are not sure (which is still not good enough, but better than lying). You mentioned the amount of training PAH's employees get. Well, if they do, most of them must experience some serious knowledge assimilation issues...
